These terms govern your use of Ourling, a private paired-space service operated by Remodeled AI, LLC.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share passwords, recovery codes, or Apple ID credentials.

Pairing and consent

Joining a paired space must be voluntary. Either member may change notification choices, stop sharing a presence signal, block, unpair, export, or delete. Ourling may not be used to pressure someone into sharing information or to monitor them without consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Ourling a limited license to store, synchronize, display, export, and delete that content only as needed to provide the service and follow your instructions.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ourling to harass, threaten, impersonate, surveil, exploit, distribute unlawful material, compromise another account, interfere with the service, or violate another person’s rights. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, billing periods, and trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Apple processes purchases and renewals. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your App Store account. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

Service changes and termination

Features may change as the service improves. We will avoid materially reducing paid functionality during a current billing period without notice. You may stop using Ourling at any time and can request deletion. We may suspend accounts that materially violate these terms.

Important limits

Ourling is not therapy, counseling, emergency response, location monitoring, or a guarantee of relationship outcomes. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
