Ourling is designed for mutual care. It should never be used as proof of attention, availability, location, or commitment.
Need space?
Choose Quiet or Away, pause notifications, or leave a ritual unanswered. No explanation is required. A stale widget or delayed sync is never presented as live presence.
Something feels wrong?
Use Block, Report, Unpair, Export, or Delete in the app’s Safety Center. Blocking and unpairing revoke paired-space access. Account deletion revokes sessions and starts remote cleanup.
Ourling is not an emergency service. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted local resource.
Support boundaries
Support will never ask for your Apple ID password, recovery code, or the private contents of your relationship. Share only the minimum information needed to explain a product or safety issue.
