Ourling is operated by Remodeled AI, LLC. We collect the smallest amount of information reasonably needed to run a private two-person companion.

We do not sell relationship data, use it for advertising, infer a partner’s location, or provide a public social graph.

Information we process

Account identifiers, display name, pair membership, invite state, consent choices, and feature configuration.
Content you intentionally create, including check-ins, presence signals, notes, memories, pet actions, countdown labels, and optional media.
Operational information needed for delivery and safety, such as device token, app version, coarse locale or time zone, event IDs, timestamps, and diagnostics.
Purchase and entitlement status from Apple and RevenueCat. Payment-card details remain with Apple.

Core Ourling features do not request background location, precise location, contacts, health data, microphone access, or unrestricted photo-library access. Photos are selected only after you open the system media picker.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, synchronize an intentionally paired space, deliver notifications you have enabled, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, secure the service, and honor export or deletion requests.

Sharing and service providers

Shared content is visible only within the paired space according to the author’s chosen audience. Providers may process limited data to operate authentication, encrypted synchronization and storage, push delivery, subscriptions, support, and security. We do not share relationship content with advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain paired-space and operational data only while needed to provide the service, resolve safety or support issues, meet legal obligations, and complete deletion workflows. Ourling encrypts private shared content before upload. Access is scoped to the paired space, and account deletion revokes sessions and queues remote cleanup.

Your controls

You can change notification and presence choices, remove content, export shared data, unpair, block or report another member, and request account deletion from the app. See the account deletion guide.

Children and international processing

Ourling is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires a higher minimum age for independent consent, that higher age applies. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

Use the Ourling support form for privacy questions or data requests. Do not include private relationship content unless it is necessary to explain your request.

Material changes will be dated on this page and, when appropriate, communicated in the app before they take effect.
